iGreenGadgets for Healtytude: the first week dedicated to health and well-being

The first edition of Healtytude has just ended with enormous success. Healtytude is a three-day event for lovers of healthy lifestyles, organized in Milan by the Campus Fandango Club and EY, with the sponsorship of Assolombarda and the support of the San Donato Hospital Group, Main Platinum Sponsor. iGreen could surely not miss this event, as a Startup in the eco-sustainability sector and with an awareness-raising project towards environmental issues aimed at companies and institutional interlocutors.

The philosophy: an all-round healthy lifestyle

The concept of health at the heart of Healtytude was holistic and comprehensive. This included not only physical well-being, but also a particular attention to every choice and decision, with its consequences on the present and the future. Not surprisingly, the motto of the event was “now for tomorrow”, inviting to act now to build a better future for ourselves and for others.
The event included numerous initiatives dedicated to the future impact of current choices, with particular attention to the medical sector and to well-being in the workplace. All this took place within the splendid setting of The Mall, an event space in Milan’s Porta Nuova district that skillfully combines modern architecture and well-tended green areas.

Self-care: from Yoga to technology

Sports, nutrition, and innovation were in the spotlight, with numerous yoga sessions, meditation, and meetings with doctors and experts in the various fields of nutrition. The main objective was to encourage co-working among operators in key sectors: medicine, trainers, chefs, operators in the agri-food sector and producers of technological and furnishing items.
This allowed for a comprehensive overview useful both for the many visitors, and especially for professionals, who could observe each other’s progress and develop solutions to work in synergy. This constitutes an intelligent approach to the increasingly urgent need for a healthier lifestyle, especially in big cities like Milan where, for many years, a day-to-day life accompanied by stress and smog seemed to be a categorical imperative.
