Maison&Objet: iGreen Gadgets Beyond National Borders
The autumn edition of the Maison&Objet 2024 fair, one of the most prestigious events in the international design and furniture scene, recently closed its doors. This year, the fair was not only a significant opportunity for visibility for iGreen but also a moment of great inspiration and networking. It was a new and surprising experience for us, marking our first experience at a fair outside of Italy.
The goal was to establish commercial relationships with foreign partners, thereby enhancing our offering and the quality of services. During these hectic days, we had the chance to meet exhibitors and buyers from all over the world: from Spain to Taiwan, from the host country France to the United States, more than 140 countries were represented at the fair.
The 30th Edition of Maison&Objet
The 2024 fair was a special occasion, as it coincided with the 30th anniversary of Maison&Objet. This year’s theme was Terra Cosmos, a thread that aimed to explore reimagined hospitality, focusing on new approaches to the design of welcoming spaces, with a particular emphasis on innovation and personalization.
As soon as we arrived at the fair, we were immediately struck by the energy and creativity that permeated Maison & Objet. Kaleidoscopic stands, innovative gadgets, and furniture items filled the halls of Paris Nord Villepinte. An ideal stage to showcase the latest trends and innovations in the world of design.
The Paralympic Games as a Backdrop
This year was no exception: the spaces were decorated with vibrant colors, innovative materials, and cutting-edge design, creating an atmosphere that stimulated the imagination and encouraged the exploration of new possibilities. The coinciding Paralympic Games in the city added an even more vibrant atmosphere, creating the perfect backdrop for this week-long fair. At our booth, we showcased a wide range of green products. From the most well-known, such as iGreen Cube and the Sprout Pencil, to the latest updates like the redesigned graphics of the Flowers in a Can, our gadgets are designed to combine aesthetics and eco-sustainability.
A Stage for Creativity
Fairs are always a great opportunity for comparison and growth, both in terms of feedback from potential customers and in engaging with other industry players. Walking through the stands of other exhibitors, we were inspired by the innovations and international trends that are shaping the future of design and objects. Maison & Objet showcased a variety of trends in a space that celebrated creativity and design at every corner, offering us insights that will surely influence our work in the months to come.
