“Eco-sustainable communication, the good one” we would say on social media. That is, the one that raises awareness and at the same time contributes to the support of realities that, in turn, actively work on the territory or, as in this case, on different territories for the promotion of a development that is sustainable both for the planet and for everyone. This is a concept that we at iGreen have always made our own, and which is also noticeable in the latest collaboration with Cesvi, a Foundation for which a special version of the plantable paper flower was created and customized for Mother’s Day.

Cesvi, over 35 years of activity all over the world

The name Cesvi stands for Cooperation and Development. Founded in Bergamo in 1985 by a group of young people engaged in international cooperation, Cesvi is a Foundation that has always been committed to major global challenges to ensure a more just and sustainable world and equal opportunities for everyone, everywhere on the planet. In particular, it works to ensure food safety, promote sustainable development and environmental protection. With this, it protects the life and health of the most vulnerable children in the world through the “Case del Sorriso”, “Homes of Smiles”, structures that offer a safe space to minors in situations of hardship, guaranteeing them protection of their rights such as play, study, and nutrition. In Italy, the Cesvi Foundation is committed to offering a future of opportunities to vulnerable children, victims or at risk of abuse and neglect, through actions to prevent and combat maltreatment and to ensure the integration of unaccompanied minors with migrations backgrounds. It also deals with raising awareness through campaigns aimed at young people, to encourage them to become active and responsible citizens, protagonists of a cultural and social change.
In 2019, Cesvi helped nearly 1 million people in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
